Butterick Sewing Pattern 6224 New and Uncut Fast & east, 3 hr sew A Delta Burke Design Size 22W-24W-26W Woman's duster, tunic, and pants. c. 1999 I sell uncut patterns.  But even stored in my craft room filing cabinet, envelope wrinkles happen, and occasionally I made a note to myself on the envelope.  But the patterns are factory folded. Older patterns, particularly vintage patterns are often marked to indicate that they were sold with a  stamped "SOLD", or a name from Pattern store, or have had the envelope flap removed.  Some particularly old patterns have dry envelope glue and an open envelope seam.  I always picture this.
