Has one big pocket on one outside side and a huge zipper that the side opens up to put files in, or paper. On the inside it has a place just for your computer. It has a zipper compartment that goes all the way across. Then it has a smaller zipper where you could put anything from your wallet. It has two pen holders, has a place for cards. Also had a key chain that clip on the inside. 17 in wide 13 in tall. Handles are 14 in long from the bottom of where sewed in to top.
