BURBERRY Blue Label jacket

Authentic Burberry blazer in excellent condition! Thicker than your average blazer. I would assume this is made from 40-60% wool but because the label is in a foreign language (I believe Japanese from my research )I’m unsure of the fabric content. If someone can translate I would love to know! I noticed no defects or flaws.
