joellienicole @shell2081 Hello Doll, sorry for the slow response. Including the buckle, this belt is 47 inches, without the buckle it is 44 1/2 inches. To the first hole (the biggest it can be worn) is just under 43 inches. To the last hole (the smallest it can be worn) is 38 1/2 inches. It also has room on both ends of the holes to add holes if desired. Hope that helps! :)

I think the best way to tell size on these is to go by measurements...if you look up in the comments I listed all the measurements out.
