I altered the neck line (can be seen in the second last photo) since I'm petite, it measures approx. 16". It's elastic. Approx. measurements laid flat: Bust: 15" Waist: 12" Length: 26" Tie: 33" Has Back zipper and back tie. Padded halter The flaws can be seen in the photos. There's a faint black mark on the white part on the front of the dress, I think it may be a pen mark. There's a small white dot on one of the black designs, looks like a manufacturing defect, the black pigment is missing.
