BRITTO Style High-Waited Skirt

Super playful and fun Britto style high waisted skirt. Waist band fits firmly around waist, but the bottom of the skirt is super cute and puffy. Closes in the back with a thin white zipper and clasp in back. The skirts been taken in and should fit a 00/0 size waist probably a 24/25. Condition: excellent like new, just it has been taken in to fit someone 0/00
