Works perfectly, includes additional water containers and all necessary hoses and some never used wraps. The main wrap is for a shoulder surgery recovery. A different body part wrap would need to be purchased from Breg. This will require an uncharged shipping label due to its size and weight, however you will only be charged the standard shipping rate. I have built in the up charge into the item price which is why is appears to be so expensive.
