Not sure of age or the maker, markings on bottom have a few numbers/letters that are hard to make out, look at pictures. Fairly heavy, wheels roll, good condition, the brass barrell has some light discoloration but might be able to buff out. The barrell also swivels up and down. About 7" long, 3 1/8" wide and 2 5/8" tall. Let me know if you have questions.
