BRAND NEW elegant Club Monaco striped maxi dress

Brand new with tags, never worn - I bought in size 4 (my usual size) but was too big for me, would say it fits more like a size 6. It's a gorgeous silhouette though, super elegant and heavy, high quality material. Hoping to find a better home for this since I can't wear it, open to offers!
