BRAND NEW White with blue sleeveless Flare dress

Flared dress with round neck and A line silhouette. Has blue floral pattern and hidden zipper in the back. Measurements are bust: 33in waits:28in length:31in. Can definitely be worn with heels and flats. It's supposed to be one size but it fits I'll say S/M. (Didn't come with tags, but it is in original packaging)
