x2grandma @amhnov2 It is brand new, never used or charged, so it should work after it is fully charged. I have sold several of these and haven't had any complaints or had anyone tell me that they didn't work. I would have to charge it to verify and that would disqualify it from being new. If for some reason it doesn't work, you can return it for a refund.

x2grandma Also, please read the description, as it states that some functions may not work on all phones. I also have pictures of the User Manual in the ad, so you can read it to see if it will work for you. I don't understand technology stuff, but feel free to ask me any other questions you might have and I will try to answer them.

x2grandma @ajjccok Hi, unfortunately I'm not a tech person either, so I don't really know the answer. I put as much information as I could in the description, and I put pictures of the User Manual so hopefully that would help anyone needing answers. I wish I knew enough to answer you, but I have no clue how these smart watches work. I have sold several and no one has told me they had a problem, but probably most of them are tech smart - I'm not at all. Sorry!

x2grandma I did just notice that the User Manual pages were cut off, so not complete and I just fixed it so that all the pages show now. Unfortunately, the print is still really small, because the manual is small.

x2grandma @ajjccok If you happen to know someone who is tech smart, then they could probably tell you if your smart phone is compatible with this watch. I wish I could be more helpful!
