With that measuring flat armpit to armpit it is approximately 21 inches however, if I stretch it, it can go all the way to approximately 24 1/2 inches wide. If you lay the dress flat, the longest part of the dress is approximately 46 inches long on the sides and then in the middle from the neck line to the bottom is approximately 39 inches. *** the price is firm. I’ve lowered it as low as I’m able to and part of the proceeded to remember go to women’s right for education!
