BRAND NEW RARE Milly Scuba Skirt

This is a very rare skirt as it was an exclusive to Piperlime, which has now closed. It is brand new with tags and has never been worn. It is a size 0. I purchased both a size 0 and a size 2 and I've determined that the 2 works better for me. There is no need for two of the same skirt and I can't return one to Piperlime, so I'm hoping to sell it.
