Brand new dress!! I thought it was classy and great for work. It was just a little too bold and out of my comfort zone when I tried it on at home. It is brand new, comes down slightly passed the knee on me (I'm 5'8). Has a zipper on back and is stretchy fabric. I got an extra small but really wear a small so it fit snug. Size X-Small

soyaaliyah @lavender8891 okay so underarm to underarm measures 15 inches. But as mentioned the fabric is stretchy so I can pull it and it will comfortably measure 17 inches Waist measurement is 12 inches. This area can be stretched to 15 inches.
