BRAND NEW NEVER WORN! Raga over sized boho floral dress size XS

I bought this on Abbott Kinney, Venice at a high end boutique that buys luxury fashion from all over the world. This dress was made by a very well known designer that ethically sources goods/ fabrics. I’ve never worn it, I lost weight and it doesn’t fit anymore. I was going to bring on my tulum Mexico trip as it’s super boho and original. Tassel details are super cute and the fabric is light and airy, doesn’t swallow you as some maxi dresses do. Don’t have tags but it’s never been worn or washed etc.
