BRAND NEW, NEVER WORN ONCE-SUMMER DRESS FM RITZ CARLTON BOUTIQUE ON ST. THOMAS

brand new NEVER WORN (even though the tags aren’t on it for some reason-but you can tell bc the creases are still in it from never being washed and dried, I just never got around to wearing it!) I bought this dress when my husband and I were on vacation on St.Thomas; we stayed at the Ritz Carlton Reserve Resort and I bought this in the dress shop, it is hand made and stunningly beautiful. It’s one size bc the back is pleated, stretchy material and the bottom is flowy and billowing.
