BRAND NEW - Lulus XS white polka dot satin mini dress

Adorable stylish dress, perfect for summer. Unfortunately it was too short for me but I am 5’11”. It is brand new with tags still attached. It is made from satin which makes it lightweight and chic, and the cowl neck is very flattering. Willing to negotiate price.
