BRAND NEW Lulus High Rise Belted Flare Jeans

Brand new, never worn. Purchased from Lulus. Just never got around to returning them. Super cute belted flare jeans. These have quite a bit of stretch to the material, so they’re very comfy! These are a high rise at 12”. Size Small but these are very much sized incorrectly (hence why I’m selling!). These are too big for me and I’m a 25-26. I would imagine these would fit size 27-28. I included measurements in the photos, so be sure to look those over!
