ksgalex Please advise the fabric content. Is this like a knit sweater weight & stretchy? Have not had a Sarah. Size up?

caligirls007 @ksgalex 95% polyester 5% spandex. Depending upon how the shape of your arms are may want to size up. Has good stretch and feels like sweaterlike no slinky.
