BRAND NEW NEVER USED! My husband bought 2 for both of his laptops for work, opened one and decided he wanted something else. I' not as computer savvy so I have no idea what he doesn't like about it but it has a 4.5 star review on Amazon so I'm assuming it is a pretty perfect product.
