BRAND NEW Cute mini skirt, layered, printed blue lace pattern, tulle

Mini skirt that is tiered. A blue-and-white patterned fabric coupled with a soft black netted/tulle fabric. The soft netted fabric is sewn to the bottom of the patterned fabric, it is not layered underneath it. Thick black waistband that can be worn high or low on the hips. A family member bought the super cute skirt for me when they were abroad, unfortunately, it's far too small for me, but it's an absolutely cute skirt!
