Yes it is. I have to put my stuff on vacation mon- fri noon as I go take care of my 91 yr old mom 24 hrs day at her home 2 hrs away. I must leave my home by 9 am et. If you are up and want to accept my offer, let me know asap and I will ship before leaving. Thank u.
