What is the length?

@eternal_posh 38" long, from the shoulder at the sleeve seam to the bottom hem. I find that's the easiest measure to compare it for yourself next to your knee with a tailor's tape. Hope it helps!

@bkawikipedia Like plastic or Gore-Tex? No. It's a traditional trench, which are not made of "waterproof" material. It is, though, a wool/poly blend, which are both naturally hydrophobic materials that stay warm when wet. So, it's water resistant. Of course, a person could always use a spray on treatment, but I, personally, wouldn't risk altering the gorgeous fabric.
