BR Navy Polka-Dot Cap Sleeve dress

Pictures don’t do this super cute dress justice! Worn only a couple of times and from a smoke free home! Absolutely love the knee-length and that it is lined! Also the cap sleeves and pleats around the waist make this dress super flattering. There is a small fabric pucker in the front but is not noticeable (see pictures).
