@pinupgirl86 yes. The opening actually. Can be taken flat. I am just curious about the size of gap between boot and leg, if any, at very top when wearing :)

@dani1414tex it looks like a little over 7” laying flat on the tightest and almost 8” at the loosest. I added a pic showing the adjustable buckle and measuring tape. ;)
