BOUTIQUE SMOCKED ANCHOR DRESS sz 6 Brand: Mom&Me

This item is a Mom&me smocked with anchor sz. 6 dress that was purchased in a boutique in Southern Pines, NC. This dress is the sweetest!!! Perfect for ocean front pictures!!! It is in like new condition and only has been worn once for beach pictures. It comes from a smoke free home where all items are washed on the hand wash cycle and hung to dry.
