BOTTLE OPENER ON A CHAIN

Silver tone #50 with "The FALL - 2017 CAPE COD" I have absolutely no idea where or what this represents. My grandparents had it in their house. It's not light, it weighs 7.5 oz. The chain is 35" long and the #50 is 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 x 1/16 inches. My brother suggested it was one of my cousins' who wore it to parties to open beer bottles. LOL HHGM01L01GWM
