luxurywriter @squallscloset The chest measurement, taken straight across the front at the base of the arm holes, and then doubled is approximately 16.25 inches. I have looked hard in the area that you were concerned about, and I do not see any stains or spots.

luxurywriter @squallscloset I’ve posted a close-up photo of the area where there was a shadow, and I’ve lightened it up to better show that, to me, the fabric appears consistent throughout the top. I cannot find any evidence of spotting or staining.

luxurywriter @squallscloset Oops! What I meant to say above is that the measurement across the front side of the chest is 16 1/4 inches so if you double that, counting for the back side, it would be approximately 32 1/2 inches all the way around. However, there is 5% stretch in this fabric so you certainly don’t need to have a 32 1/2 inch bust measurement for this top to fit you beautifully.
