It is black and white in color, the pattern is gingham. It is a one piece. Shoulder straps, not neck ties! The straps are not adjustable! Has a structural ring in the front with two lil’ ties, they can be untied and re-tied, but not adjusted / you can’t make it tigther or looser. There is also a small keyhole underneath the ties and ring. The back is open / dropped. The material is typical swim material, it has that silky kind of feeling and is stretchy.
