BONAVITA 5-Cup One-Touch Thermal Carafe Coffee Brewer - Model: BV1500TS -Coffee maker works but it brews coffee very slowly and slightly more concentrated, as if a lot of the water steams out before actually making the coffee. If you brew a full 5 cups, It takes about 15 mins to brew and will make a stronger 3 cups. I have not reached out to bonavita about this. **I’ve read that you can fix this by taking apart the bottom of the machine and cleaning the tubes in the machine..
