BOHO fridge dress

Adorable, blue, off the shoulder dress that is approximately knee length. Has cute fridge work at the neck and chest. Never worn and as far as I can tell perfect condition. Smoke-free home. The fringe detail goes all the way around, so dress appears the same front and back. I bought this from a boutique and never wore it, I paid $45. Can be work in multiple seasons. Looks adorable with brown cowboy boots for Fall or sandals in Spring or Summer 😍 From neck to hem is 27 inches. Item is cross posted
