Stylish and durable boots. Size 9 women's or 40. Perfect for rainy/snowy days. Easy to slip on. I wore these to take my dogs outside a couple of times but the tops are too small for my calves. My loss your gain. These have the wedge on the back to make them easier to get off. There are loops on the inside of the back of the shaft to help pull them on. These are the "Ultra High" great for deep snow. keeps you warm in weather in the negative temperatures. great for shoveling snow or taking out the dogs and can easily become everyday wear in snowy areas like here in Maine. The shaft is about 16.5" around at the top and about 14" tall. There are two handle holes on either side that help to get them on. You can't get a better boot for living in a winter wonderland. I will be buying a shorter pair out of necessity. Snap these up, they don't disappoint!
