I love this skirt b/c it's VINTAGE, reminds me of the cotton sweatshirt material & it's super comfy. Very well made = pleats sewn together 3×... after the bottom red ribbon every 2 inches there's 3 sets of folded&sewn pleats. (Pix2&7) 3 sets of pleats in front & 3 sets in back. 2 red ribbons round waist (although can be hung lower on hips) Some stretch! 24" long 30" around @top 52" around @bottom hem BOGO: buy it & get another $10 or less listing for FREE.
