100% polyester. Light-weight and partially sheer but not too sheer. These are more on the dressy side. These are pull-on. The waistband is a partially elasticized. I included a close up of the waistband to show that the center front and back are elasticized but the sides are not. The legs have a sexy fold-over split. I tried to show in photo but hard to tell because of the color so I included a photo of a similar pant in white just to show how the material lays when you are standing straight and what it would look like if you extended your leg or were walking. These are a small but will fit you if you are medium. I used to be a medium and they fit me perfectly and comfortably! Also, I had these altered for my 4’11” frame so these are for a petite frame now.
