Plaid dress with velvet trim, adjustable and removable straps, non-slip piping on the top of the dress to prevent slipping, fully lined. Please go by measurements and dress says 16 Y, but my daughter wore this when she was younger. I also will be listing this in another size and my girls wore these for pictures.
