Soft jersey fabric with a bit of weight to it. Slight gathers at the top of the skirt add a bit of femininity to a really casual, easy dress. This is a US10, UK6, but in my opinion it runs 1-2 sizes small. I typically wear a 6 in pants (very occasionally an 8) and this fits fine with a little wiggle room.
