Size 28. Waist measures 15 inches lying flat. Inseam is 32 inches, and leg opening at the bottom is 10 inches. These are 100% brand new, purchased at the Rowing store in SoHo, and have never been worn even one time. I photographed the hem so you can see they are pristine.
