Brand new, with tags. This was a final sale item that I ordered the wrong size for my son. Great looking suit, very disappointed it won't work out for us, maybe it will for you. It does run small, for reference my son is 14 and wears a 24 in a tech suit. This is listed as a "Men" suit, not sure what 'man' could wear this however... This was ridiculously small straight out of the package so I knew it wouldn't work from just looking at it.
