IT HAD A LOT OF STRETCH, A LOT.THE BOTTOM OF THE DRESS CAN BE SCRUNCHED UP TO ADJUST THE LENGTH OR JUST PULL UP THE SIDES. INCREDIBLE STRETCH TO THIS GIRL. PTP 15. with a stretch...it will go to about 28 inches( i have never seen any material with that kind of stretch.
