srichmo1010 @ashlandtray Hi Friend! No, I am sorry this purse does not have the charms and tassel. I wish, because it would make her even that more cute! She is BRAND NEW though, never been used. I have her stored at my warehouse so I am unsure of the measurements exactly but she is a medium size cross body my guess would be 12 x 12 or 12 x10 but like I said I am not 100% for sure. I will go there tomorrow and get them wrote down for you! I will add it to the description as well :)
