Are these bands used for legs and arms or just legs or just arms or both?

@blair1969 hi - both are 4 inches wide and the light is 32inches around and the medium is 26inches around. I added another picture.

Also the light is equivalent to 15lbs resistance and the medium is equivalent to 20lbs resistance
