diamante82 Well I got implants about 2,years ago and I'm a 36DD , I had a almost the exact same bikini before I had my surgery and I was a 36A cup and the padding made it look like I had boobs. The great thing is that it has a thick tie in back so you can adjust sizing but cup size I would say a C or smaller would look best. Hope this helps !!!😊
