BNWT Jack by BB Dakota pinafore skirt dress S

BNWT Jack by BB Dakota pinafore style pink striped skirt with ruffled suspenders. The straps are adjustable. But not enough for me. I am 5’3” and the straps fall off my shoulders. The straps can also be crisscrossed but that did not help me keep the straps on. So so cute but it’s not working for me. The waist measured 14.5” super cute! No zipper, just buttons.
