Doesn't fit like a true 8 would or does it run small

@juncajv they must run true to size b/c I'm a 7 or sometimes 7.5 and they are a bit big on me. The one thing notice is they would fit like a glove cuz the jelly makes them wrap around entire foot like ballet shoes
