BNWT HELLO MOLLY floral dress size XS

This dress is perfect for a baptism, picnic, or just brunch. It’s just really classy and beautiful. Tags on, sadly never wore. Cannot find material but it does not have much stretch across the waist. Laying flat it is 14 inches across the waist. I measured myself and I am 29.5 across my waist and although it didn’t feel tight it also did not have a lot of wiggle room. Comes from a smoke free/pet free home I am 5’3 and 125 lbs for reference
