BNWT Frock and Frill sequined beaded party dress!

Brand new with tags and extra beading packet, brand is Frock and Frill purchased through ModCloth where it was called the ‘Life of the Party’ dress. Gorgeous beaded and sequined fabric, with halter neckline and sweeping midi length skirt. Bought this before COVID and now it no longer fits- this style has also been discontinued and is hard to find! US size 8, measurements taken flat: pit to pit 17”-18”, waist 15”, hips 22”, length 47”.
