BNWT Cut Out Lace Up Mini Dress, Vanilla, XS

This brand new dress from Forever 21 still has the tags attached. It’s fully adjustable as the lace can be tied according to your comfort level. The back is open and the skirt is a crinkly material that is very stretchy with an elastic waist. I purchased this for a cruise and it’s ideal as the material would travel SUPER well- you’d never need to iron it! Except I never wore it. Please ask any questions!
