Circle inside or outside of the shoe? Is it peeling or stain?

@poisonsivy62 Good morning. The circle is on the inside of the shoe where the size was also I’m gonna send some additional pictures because there is some peeling on the inside at the top but the outside and bottom are fine as they are brand new. I can adjust the price as well.
