BNWOT Guess Turquoise Strapless Embroidered Dress

Gorgeous dress with embroidery across the top ruffle that comes down over the chest portion, with elasticized smocking at the waist. Thin ribbons hide inside so you can hang it on a hanger easily. Design is different on front vs. back so I photo'd both. Small charm on the front. Full skirt but not a complete circle, really nice draping fabric, not too light or skimpy.
