acortes4373 @janjanjanjan hi, measured laid flat is about 14 inches (28 inches around) but there's plenty of stretch to fit a bigger waist size.

I didn't take these pics myself..grabbed them from the internet awhile back when I originally listed the dress so I assume these are photostock? the model looks super thin..so I'd say she's prob a small (maybe even an extra small). but the fabric is super stretchy so it did fit me as a medium (once upon a time). it does not fit me now and the reason for my selling it. ❤
